How do I notify Electric Ireland of a Bereavement?

Account holder details (i.e. Account or MPRN Number, address, telephone number)
Your relationship to the account holder
Date the account holder passed away
Details of the person who is now responsible for the property (including full name, address, contact number, date of birth (if applicable))
Meter readings if possible
