How can I request a copy of my previous electricity or gas bill?

The easiest and quickest way to obtain copies of your previous bills is in Your Account Online, where you can download both current and historic bills for up to two years. If you are not registered, you can simply sign up today.

Alternatively, or if you require bills older than 2 years, you can request them by contacting our customer care.

Please note that in line with Electric Ireland Retention Policies and in compliance with Legal requirements Electric Ireland bills are retained for a maximum period of seven years.
