There are a couple of places where you can find your electricity meter number:

1. On your electricity bill: If you have it handy, you can find your meter number on your electricity bill, under “your electricity usage”.
2. On your electricity meter: You can also find your meter number on the meter itself. See where to find your meter number in the pictures below.



Important
Meter Number is not the same as MPRN (Meter Point Reference Number). If you are looking for your MPRN, please see our help page on finding your MPRN.

Meter Number is not the same as Meter Reading. Meter Number is a unique identifier of your meter, while Meter Reading represents you energy consumption. If you are looking to submit your meter reading, please login to Your Account Online.
