When will I be reconnected if I have been disconnected due to my Emergency Credit running out?

Your re-connection will be done automatically once you top-up by enough.

Your top-up amount will need to cover your:

1. emergency credit used
2. standing charges accrued and
3. sufficient amount to resume your supply
4. AAB on SPAYG to restore power after topping up
