What happens if I haven’t received or have lost my electricity top up card?
If you have lost your Smarter Pay As You Go top up card, please contact us and we’ll order you a new one.
If you want to top up online and need your keypad number, you can find this 19 digit number on your In Home Monitor, labelled as Payment Card ID, under Settings/Info.
