1. Why am I getting a longer code when I top up?

On, March 26th 2024, we are making a fix to our Lifestyle PAYG meters. This involves a longer code of three x 20 digits. You will receive this code when you top up after March 26th. Please input the code, in the order it is presented in the receipt.

2. Following this fix will my costs go up?

No, there will be no change in your charges as a result of this fix.
