Does Electric Ireland owe you money?

If you closed your account with us or switched to another energy supplier, you may have money owed to you and are due a refund.

You will see a refund on your bill displayed by the letters 'cr' after the Total Due figure, meaning Electric Ireland owe you this amount.
E.G. If your bill says Total Due €21.36cr, it means Electric Ireland owes you €21.36.
