Can I change my email address after I've signed up?

Yes, you can update your contact email address by doing the following:

  • Choose your electricity or gas account within Your Account Online.
  • Click on the "My Profile tab" at the top of the page.
  • Select "Edit My Profile".
  • Simply update your new email address and select "Save Profile".

* It’s important to remember that you'll still need to log on using the email address you used to register initially. This is and will always remain your unique user id (even if you've changed it within "My Profile").
