Jo Fairley, headline speaker
Jo Fairley is a leading and much-admired female entrepreneur who has enjoyed global success. After becoming the UK’s youngest-ever magazine editor at the age of 23, she set out on her entrepreneurial journey in 1991, when she co-founded Green & Black’s Chocolate.
Jo is well-placed to help and inspire other companies during difficult times. Green & Black’s was born in a recession, growing through lean, agile, quick-thinking and creativity. Now a $100 million a year brand, it prioritised strong company values from the beginning and is admired as a leading example of a company which cares about people and planet, as well as profit.
Fiona O’Brien, headline speaker
Fiona O’Brien is Chief Channel Officer for Lenovo in EMEA, as well as Head of EMEA Operations. Fiona is responsible for defining and implementing Lenovo’s go-too-market model with its extensive business partner community. She fosters the relationship between Lenovo and its key partners in distribution, retail and the reseller landscape.
Fiona also runs the sales operations mission – the goal of this team is to better enable the Lenovo sales community through the provision of business intelligence, sales and support and best in class tools. Fiona is a member of the Women in Lenovo Leadership forum and is chair of the EMEA Diversity & Inclusion Board.

Trina Orpen, Business Customer Strategy and Experience Manager with Electric Ireland since 2018, was previously Industrial and Commercial Strategy Manager from 2016 and Business Sales Support Manager for several years prior to that.
