If you’re having difficulty paying your bill, you can set up a payment online plan by completing the form below.

Should you require a longer period to pay than the options available online, please call us on 1800 50 40 21 and we will be happy to discuss a suitable payment plan with you in line with the CRU guidelines and your ability to pay.

We will review and process your request within 3 working days and you will receive a letter confirming the payment plan setup within 7 working days from today. Should we need to confirm any further details with you and therefore are unable to proceed with your request, we will contact you within 3 working days from today by email.
