If you wish to sign your business up for Direct Debit, there are two different direct debit mandate forms you can use.

1. If your account number starts with a 9 please complete this mandate
   and return to:
   
   Direct Debits,
   Electric Ireland,
   PO Box 322,
   Sligo Delivery Services Unit,
   Finisklin Business Park,
   Sligo.

2. If your account number starts with a 2 please complete this mandate
   and return to:
   
   Electric Ireland,
   Swift Square,
   Northwood,
   Santry,
   Dublin 9.
